Why is sterilization so important?

Sterilization of tools in a nail salon is one of the most important aspects of safety and care for clients. Improper handling of tools can lead to serious consequences, such as infectious diseases, fungal infections, viruses, and even the transmission of dangerous bacteria. This is especially critical when it comes to cutting tools that come into contact with the skin.

The sterilization process includes several steps: disinfection (removal of contaminants and microbes from the surface), sterilization in special devices (autoclaves or dry heat sterilizers), and proper storage of sterile instruments in sealed packages until use.

In addition, the use of disposable supplies, such as nail files and buffers, is extremely important. These materials are difficult to fully clean and disinfect, so they should be single-use for each client. Neglecting this rule can result in the transmission of infections through microscopic cuts or skin damage.

Therefore, adhering to all sterilization standards and using disposable materials is not only a sign of high professionalism but also a guarantee of the health and safety of both the technician and the clients.

Please note!

Additionally, during the course, you will be introduced to essential sterilization practices to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety in your work.
