Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
BOOKING: We value your time and the time of our technicians. To ensure smooth operations and avoid lost income from no-shows or late cancellations, we request that you provide a card to be assigned to your account. This card will not be charged until after your appointment is completed.

NOTIFICATION: We send reminders to help you stay on track:
• Email 2 days before your appointment
• SMS confirmation 24 hours before your appointment
• SMS reminder 1 hour before your appointment
SALON RULES:
At NAIL IT, we are a pet-friendly salon, and we welcome your pets to accompany you during your appointment. However, please make sure your pets are well-behaved and do not disturb the comfort of other clients.
If you bring your own materials for the service, we kindly ask you to sign a waiver, indicating that you have no claims against NAIL IT and its staff. This is necessary to define responsibility for the quality of the service and any potential consequences, including allergic reactions.
Your health is our priority. If your nails appear unhealthy, our technician may refuse certain services, such as applying nail polish. In this case, you will still be charged the full price of the originally booked service. If the client insists on proceeding, we ask them to sign a waiver acknowledging no claims against the salon.
In cases of inappropriate behavior such as insults, boundary violations, or rudeness, the technician has the right to refuse or terminate the service. The full price of the originally booked service will still apply.
CANCELLATION/REBOOKING:
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we respectfully request you do so at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel or reschedule through our online booking platform at NAIL IT Booking or by calling or texting us at (650) 541-6986. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your appointment, 100% of the service cost will be charged.
LATE ARRIVALS:
If you are more than 20 minutes late, please reschedule your appointment. If we are able to accommodate, we will proceed with the time available, and you will still be charged the full price of the originally booked service. Please notify us as soon as possible if you expect to be late by calling or texting (650) 541-6986.
NO SHOW:
For no-shows, 100% of the service fee will be charged.
